Minimal Invasive Surgery
Dr Wilcox does minimal invasive surgery through smaller incisions.
A minimal invasive surgery has advantages of:

- Less Tissue Trauma
- Quicker recovery
- Less incidence of post surgical complications
Tattoo
All female cats and female dogs receive a small green tattoo near the incision line.
(Owners can opt out but because most incisions are small this says yes I was spayed!)
This is a universally recognized tattoo that identifies your pet has been spayed or neutered.
Tattoos are generally not placed on male cats or dogs.
- Pets cannot tell the veterinarian that they have been fixed.
- A tattoo prevents many pets from undergoing surgery for a second time.
- There is no additional fee for green line tattoo.
